How quickly can you start managing my property?
We can typically begin management services within 7-14 days of signing the management agreement. This timeline allows adequate time for us to conduct a thorough property inspection, document existing conditions, set up our accounting and maintenance systems, and notify any current tenants of the management change if applicable. For properties with urgent needs or vacancies, we can sometimes expedite this process to get started even sooner.
Do you manage properties outside of New Jersey and NYC?
Our primary focus is Northern New Jersey and New York City, where we have developed deep market expertise, established relationships with qualified contractors and vendors, and understand the unique regulatory requirements of each municipality.
